Guests often overlooked the house rules and equipment instructions provided in the Airbnb app, which led to repeated questions and occasional misunderstandings. At the same time, I wanted to inspire guests to discover Oslo and the surrounding area in a more curated and engaging way.

SOLUTION:
To address this, I designed a comprehensive information brochure that combined practical guidance with inspiration. The brochure included house rules, step-by-step instructions for using appliances, and carefully selected tips for local attractions. The design emphasised clarity and accessibility, using a visually appealing layout to highlight the most important information.

OUTCOME:
The brochure provided guests with a simple and engaging reference point during their stay. It not only reduced the need for repeated explanations but also enhanced the overall guest experience by encouraging exploration of the local area.
